| This is the perfect eggnog for those who are vegan or lactose intollerant. Get out your blender and whip up the best eggnog on the block. After a couple of spiked cups, no one will be able to tell the difference. |
| Ingredients |
2 1/2 cups silken tofu
2 cups soy milk
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 - 3/4 cup dry sweetener
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 - 1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 - 1 cup rum or brandy (optional)

| Directions |
| In a blender or food processor, puree all the ingredients thoroughly until smooth and creamy. Serve well chilled. Makes 2 - 4 servings. |
